Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close processes and variance analysis for $500M+ revenue streams
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic initiatives
- Create executive-ready dashboards and presentations using Power BI and Excel
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems
- Mentor junior analysts and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in Fortune 500 or PE-backed firms
- Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI/Tableau proficiency
- Strong M&A and due diligence experience
- Excellent presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
