Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to department heads
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Develop KPI dashboards and visualization tools for leadership review
- Lead ad-hoc financial analyses for M&A opportunities and market expansion
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
- Exceptional data interpretation and presentation skills
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
