Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for C-suite executives
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed variance analysis
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate project ROI and capital allocation strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
