Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses for business units
- Prepare executive-ready financial reports and dashboards for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead month-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and M&A activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Monitor KPIs and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Maintain and improve financial systems and reporting automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-finance stakeholders
- Certification (CFA, FRM) or relevant coursework a plus
