Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs for 15+ energy sector clients
- Develop monthly variance reports with actionable insights for executive leadership
- Create financial models for M&A opportunities and capital allocation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and FP&A initiatives
- Present findings to C-suite using Tableau and Power BI dashboards
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts through structured training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with CPA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years financial analysis experience in energy/real estate sectors
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Remote work experience with self-directed time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
