Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create accurate revenue forecasts, variance reports, and budgetary models
- Develop comprehensive financial models for scenario planning and strategic decision support
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex financial insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Lead quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial insights under tight deadlines
- Certification (CMA, CPA) or active pursuit preferred
