Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic business initiatives and long-term planning.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to interpret financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with operational targets.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments for new projects and operational changes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related corporate role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- CPA or CFA designation is highly desirable.
