Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term business planning and scenario analysis.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and reports for the CFO and Board of Directors.
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, and marketing to understand business drivers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend operational changes based on financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear narratives.
