Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable across 15+ client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance submissions
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting and financial strategy
- Train junior staff on accounting software best practices
- Conduct quarterly audits and ensure GAAP compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- CPA or Certified Bookkeeper certification a plus
