- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Identify key financial trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation
- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy
- Present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in FP&A or CFA designation a plus
