Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support annual budgets and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for executive stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive business improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of audit materials and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Streamline financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match, and Macros).
- Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Hyperion) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
