Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies for high-net-worth clients (minimum $500k AUM)
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through quarterly portfolio reviews and proactive financial planning
- Drive revenue growth through strategic cross-selling of investment products, insurance solutions, and trust services
- Conduct thorough market analysis and economic research to inform client investment decisions
- Mentor junior advisors while maintaining compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations
- Collaborate with internal partners including tax specialists and estate attorneys
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for client relationship management and business development tracking
Qualifications
- CFP, CFA, or ChFC designation strongly preferred (required within 12 months)
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory
- Series 7, 66, and state securities licenses (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proven track record of building and maintaining high-net-worth client portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex financial concepts
- Minimum $1M in annual production history
