Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now platform
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings (federal, state, local)
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding/separation processes
- Prepare payroll reports and analytics for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, ERISA, and state labor laws
- Support year-end reconciliation and 1095/1099 processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficient in Excel and payroll tax software
- Knowledge of multi-state tax regulations (AZ, CA, TX)
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality standards
