Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations including FLSA and Texas labor laws
- Process garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct regular payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Implement and maintain automated payroll systems to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll-related policy updates
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or comparable HCM platforms
- Advanced knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll regulations
- Proven ability to manage payroll for 500+ employees with zero critical errors
- Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
