Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (100+ daily) with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Optimize 3-way matching process for POs, receipts, and invoices
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and prepare month-end closing reports
- Implement cost-saving initiatives in payment processing workflows
- Train junior AP staff on system protocols and compliance standards
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on strategic payment terms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years AP experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Expert-level Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Proven experience implementing automation tools (e.g., Coupa, Tipalti)
- Knowledge of Nevada state tax compliance regulations
- Certification in Accounts Payable (CAPP) or equivalent
