Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans including investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management
- Cultivate and expand a client portfolio through networking, referrals, and exceptional service
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Maintain compliance with FINRA regulations and industry best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- Series 7, 66, and state insurance licenses required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning/advisory
- Proven track record in client acquisition and retention
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial planning software
