Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate management
- Cultivate and expand high-net-worth client relationships through personalized financial advisory services
- Conduct market analysis and recommend tailored investment portfolios aligned with client goals
- Present complex financial concepts through clear, actionable reports and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams on portfolio construction and risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain compliance with FINRA regulations and firm standards
- Drive business development through networking and client referrals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFP preferred)
- Series 7, 66, and AZ state insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial advisory experience with proven track record
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and client data
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- FINRA registration and clean compliance record
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Arizona residency preferred for local market expertise
