Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, credit cards, and insurance to meet branch sales goals.
- Identify and refer customers to appropriate banking specialists for complex financial needs.
- Adhere to strict security and compliance regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred.
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle large sums of money with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by branch schedules.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Clean criminal background check and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
