Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
- Lead accounts payable/receivable cycles and manage vendor relationships
- Develop financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with audit teams during external/internal reviews
- Maintain and optimize accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration abilities
