Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing processes with GAAP compliance and SOX adherence
- Lead complex financial statement preparation and variance analysis
- Manage intercompany reconciliations across 15+ entities
- Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel
- Coordinate external audit engagements and implement audit recommendations
- Mentor junior accountants while ensuring team workflow optimization
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and IFRS standards
- Proven track record in process improvement and automation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial data
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
