Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple clients and departments
- Manage accounts receivable ledger with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues within SLA
- Generate monthly revenue reports and financial statements
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure contract terms align with billing practices
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing cycle time
- Ensure HIPAA/GLBA compliance in all financial transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of billing/collections experience in healthcare or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Proven experience with AR aging reports and DSO optimization
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
