- Generate detailed billing reports for client financial reviews
- Stay updated on CMS and insurance policy changes
- Collaborate with clinical teams for charge entry corrections
- Train staff on billing system updates and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic or Meditech EMR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with claim denials appeals processes
- High school diploma; Associate's degree in healthcare finance preferred
