Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with rigorous reconciliations
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage complex accounting operations including fixed assets, depreciation, and intercompany transactions
- Support external audits and tax compliance initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience leading month-end closing and reconciliations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
