Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage general ledger accounting functions, including account reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Oversee the monthly close process and ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives by providing accurate financial data.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
