Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Develop, implement, and monitor corporate policies and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Prepare and present detailed compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Train employees on compliance standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory changes.
- Investigate and resolve internal policy violations and disciplinary matters.
- Stay abreast of changes in local, state, and federal regulations affecting the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance, risk management, or audit role.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC, or state-specific laws).
- Certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or CFE are highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
