Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ corporate clients
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (GAAP/IFRS compliant)
- Lead month-end closing processes with reconciliations
- Develop tax strategies and compliance documentation
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Mentor junior accountants and audit staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- PA state tax compliance expertise
- Strong audit and internal control background
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Active PA CPA license required
