Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements within SLAs
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment optimization
- Support AP process improvements through data analysis and workflow mapping
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
