Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough credit risk assessments and underwriting for new and existing clients.
- Analyze financial statements and cash flow projections to determine creditworthiness.
- Monitor and manage the existing loan portfolio to minimize risk and maximize return.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and presentations for senior management review.
- Collaborate with sales and collections teams to resolve credit issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
- 3+ years of experience in credit analysis or commercial lending.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling.
- Experience with credit scoring models and risk management software (SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
