- Stay current on industry regulations and economic trends affecting credit decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and local businesses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience with regional banks or lenders
- Expertise in financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and ratio interpretation
- Proficiency in credit software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Fiserv) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of SBA lending programs and Texas regulatory requirements
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMBL) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
