Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and collateral to assess credit risk
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and risk assessments for commercial loan portfolios
- Monitor existing credit facilities and ensure compliance with lending policies
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure tailored financing solutions
- Stay current on industry regulations and economic trends affecting credit decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling
- Strong proficiency in Excel and credit software platforms
- Credit certification (CRCM or equivalent) highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
