Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and industry trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for loan committees
- Monitor existing portfolios and identify early warning signs of potential defaults
- Collaborate with commercial lenders to structure credit facilities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of credit analysis experience in commercial lending
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB, or equivalent) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis
