Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial/individual credit applications using financial statements, cash flow projections, and industry benchmarks
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos with risk assessments and structured recommendations
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify early warning indicators
- Collaborate with loan officers to structure tailored credit solutions
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal credit policies
- Maintain accurate documentation in core banking systems
- Present credit risk insights to senior leadership committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) or equivalent practical expertise
- Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and credit risk frameworks
