Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements and credit risk profiles for commercial clients
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessment reports
- Collaborate with lending teams to structure optimal credit facilities
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (Regulations Z, E, B)
- Lead cross-functional projects for process improvement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Strong knowledge of SEC filings and GAAP principles
- Credit Risk Manager (CRM) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
- Demonstrated success in high-value commercial lending ($5M+ transactions)
