Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting (Internships considered).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-25 hours per week).
