Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple entities
- Implement and optimize accounting software systems (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with accuracy
- Collaborate with senior management on financial forecasting and budgeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions)
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
