- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage payroll processing and tax preparation assistance.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
