Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage payroll tax filings, including state and federal returns, ensuring full compliance.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including 401(k) and health insurance.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to update compensation structures.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related finance role.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, or similar HCM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of FLSA regulations, wage and hour laws, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and advanced data analysis.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR preferred; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.
