Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-company general ledger accounts with 100% accuracy
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and executive dashboards
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance across 15+ clients
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls
- Leverage Xero for real-time financial reporting and forecasting
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Excel
- Proven track record in multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and SOX regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong client communication and presentation skills
