We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle the full cycle of bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a 24/7 operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries with high accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Generate accurate financial reports, balance sheets, and trial balances for clients.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation support as needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in bookkeeping or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
