Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for a diverse workforce with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure precise calculation of wages, taxes, deductions, and garnishments.
- Prepare and distribute timely payroll reports and employee earnings statements.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive financial and employee data.
- Stay updated on federal and state payroll compliance regulations and updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience is required.
- Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.
- Strong working knowledge of tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred).
