Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and account reconciliation.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Assist with basic payroll preparation and tax document filing.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems.
- Communicate with clients regarding account inquiries and statements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus but not required).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Reliable computer access and high-speed internet connection.
