Responsibilities
- Execute daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments.
- Process payroll for the night shift workforce accurately and timely.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes and reporting.
- Review and verify all financial documentation and invoices for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards (GAAP).
- Communicate financial discrepancies to the senior management team promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
