Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple entities
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online systems
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Expertise in sales tax filing (TN-specific knowledge)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
