- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Maintain organized digital records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with clients to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Assist with tax preparation and audit documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance requirements
- Attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
