Responsibilities
- Execute weekend-only month-end closing processes and journal entries
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and subsidiary ledgers
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable and expense reimbursements
- Assist with audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless handoffs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets
