Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Prepare financial statements and quarterly reports for diverse clients
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement QuickBooks solutions and optimize accounting workflows
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven track record of multi-client portfolio management
- Deep understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
