Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and process payroll for 50+ employees
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks workflows for efficiency
- Collaborate with CPA firm during audit processes
- Train junior staff on accounting software and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in a multi-entity environment
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and Oregon tax regulations
- Proven experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere
