Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Process payroll and maintain employee time and attendance records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, trial balances, and reports.
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly filing requirements.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or CPA preferred.
