Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing requirements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
