Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L statements and Balance Sheets.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist with the month-end close process and account reconciliations.
- Maintain and update the company's general ledger using QuickBooks or Xero.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks (Desktop or Online).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index/Match).
- Associateās degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelorās preferred).
- High attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies immediately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
